Guidelines for Paper/Poster presentations at GAPM 2026
- Registration for conference GAPM 2026 is compulsory for poster/paper presentation; no extra fee for poster/paper presentation.
- Kindly mention your receipt no & date of conference registration (or scan copy of receipt) along with final submission of your presentation. Any registered delegate can apply for either paper or poster presentation (Only one presentation).
- The Scientific Committee holds the right to accept/reject or to consider an abstract, either for paper or poster presentation.
- Kindly send abstract (maximum 250 words and two keywords) before 15th October 2025. Kindly bring soft copy of paper presentation in pen drive on the day of conference.

Guidelines for Paper Presentation
⏱️ Time Allocation
Each participant will be given total 8 minutes for paper presentation (6 minutes for presentation + 2 minutes for discussion)
📄 File Requirements
- File type: Power point presentation
- Maximum 18 slides
- A Maximum 20 papers will be accepted for presentation
Guidelines for Poster
📺 Display Requirements
- Poster would be accepted for presentation on screen size tentatively 42-44"
- Orientation: Landscape
✍️ Font Specifications
- Font size: Minimum 16pt, should be able to read easily from 2 ft distance
- Font type: "Times New Roman"
👤 Presentation Requirements
- Author of the poster has to be present in person for presentation
- The content of an effective Poster presentation should be clear, focused, and concise
- Should contain eye-catching illustrations, diagrams, graphs and/or photographs with clear and attractive layouts
